You understand that participation in the events of Cruise to Paddle are potentially hazardous, and that you, as a client should not participate unless you are medically able to do so. You understand that events held over water and on land may present inherent risks that cannot be eliminated completely. These will range from minor injuries to fatalities. Understanding that itinerary and weather conditions may be subject to change which may result in unforeseen changes to the “Paddle Package”. You understand and agree that in consideration of allowing yourself to participate in the events on your own accord, you and any registered party, the heirs, personal representatives or assigns of you or the registered party do hereby release. Waive, discharge, and convenant not to sue Cruise to Paddle, Expedia CruiseShipCenters-Ancaster/Dundas, Craig Newton, for any and all liability from any and all claims arising from participation in the events by you or any registered client.
